Bush Quote Generator
Hey hey kids! It’s time for another useless gadget to add to your web page. This one will spit out a randomly selected quote from our favourite president, George W.!

To use, all your need to do is copy this code into your blog! Stick your favourite photo of the man himself above for extra effect.
<script type=”text/javascript” language=”javascript” src=”http://marsupialmusic.net/stu/scripts/bush-script.php”></script>
Bye for now!
**Update**
Now you can add the quote generator to your Google home page! Hooray!
**Update** - 28/1/2007
Thank you for your continued support of the George W. Bush quote generator. In response to a couple of comments, I have modified the program to include a citation so that you can verify for yourself the accuracy of these quotes.
I’d also like to add a couple of hat-tips. The generator runs using Pascal Hakim’s excellent fortune program, together with Don Seiler’s Dubya module.
**Update** - 26/7/2007
Yes yes, I have disabled the google plugin. Two reasons: firstly, the gadget is growing immensely popular; and secondly, my coding is so clunky that the server can no longer handle all the hits. If anyone has a solution, wants to rewrite the code, or help host the thing on their server, let me know.

Never underestimate the deficiencies of dubya!
This service is great. It would be even better if you could give some citations (where, when). That way I would have some credibility when I annoy my Republican friends with these quotes. (OK, I admit it, I don’t really have any Replubican friends, but I could at least polish my Democratic credentials.)

This is showing the rest of the world that in america we are free to speak and to act out anyway we see fit. What type of country would this be if we couldn’t critisize our president. It is the peoples voice that makes him the president and the peoples voice that should change his way of thinking. Plus it just shows that republicans can also be stupid with an education.

bush just proves that in American politics, its not what you know (very little!), but who you know, and how much you are prepared to pay to get the big red button. thank goodness he’s not allowed another go after this one.
Sadly, being British, we have a leader that actually listens to him, and seems to follow obediently. i teach my children to tidy one toy away before starting on another, if bush could do this with wars????

I see that those who are gullible or war monger are so upset by George’s lame utterances. I for one thing that if Bill could be impeached for a blow job, that BOTH George Walker Bush and The Big DICK Cheney both should be impeached for incompetence and dragging our country into the toilet, let alone an illegal war, and profitting from it.
Long live this gadget. I for one will put it on my page and on my google homepage. And the point is… every time that moron opens his mouth, it’s always his moronic stupidity that supplies the multitude of quotes… Time to renew the picture for the dart board.

I’m as amused by the musings as I am by the presidential “udderances” - like it or not, he is the president and for you die hard conspiracy theorists, like it or not, by our processes, he was ELECTED not appointed - fantastically, TWICE - let’s just all cast informed ballots in 08 and get someone, ANY PARTY or not party at all, who can get this nation on track while we still have a sovereign nation and a handful of international allies. If someone can do that, I can forgive a failing grade in English, grammar, history, biology . . .

1. The American People didn’t elect George Bush. He was appointed by the U.S. Supreme Court after the Florida Secretary of State–chair of his election committee in the state–hired a firm to disqualify voters who were convicted felons. Some 50,000 people were incorrectly struck from the voter rolls, a majority of which were minorities who probably would have voted for Gore. In my own state of georgia, my Senator, a triple amputee from Vietnam War was characterized as unpatriotic and defeated.
2. In 2004, this coward who was AWOL ran for re-election and his minions ran a dirty campaign against a decorated Vietnam veteran (Kerry) and won when Kerry refused to sling mud back.
3. As we used to say about Richard Nixon, “He’s not MY president.”
4. Thanks for your site and your Google add-on. If I didn’t laugh, I’d have to cry that my country is being governed by a religious fundamentalist who doesn’t care about world peace or global warming, because “Jesus is just around the corner.”

For Dahlia Cormont: just click the upper-right MENU and hit COLLAPSE. then you can just punch it up from you desktop any old time.
When writer/musician Kinky Friedman recently ran for Governor of Texas, on of his campaign slogans was, “HOW HARD CAN IT BE?” He was right, of course. Any dolt can do it, as Bush once proved. Just now, he’s doing it to the whole country, and by extrapolation, to the whole world!
“KINKY FRIEDMAN FOR PRESIDENT!” Hell, “BONO FOR PRESIDENT!”
“MORE TREES - LESS BUSH” is a good one, too.

Apparently the President’s antics catch on with his fans. Deperate time? Yes, indeed it’s so desperate you may have to sell your third car to buy an I-phone while Iraqui’s are getting bomb for Haliburton stock owners.
The Generator reminds me of how 1 jackass can manipulate half of the country.
By BV, January 18, 2007 @ 6:35 pm
This is a great tool… It reinforces everyday to me why our world is in the state it is. It is unfortunate that the leader of the most powerful nation in the world (arguably in decline) with the capability to help so many chooses war. It is interesting that the U.S. does not have to answer to anyone (the UN general assembly, UN security council, ICC) but somehow everyone must answer to them. Not only do they not answer to anyone, there is blatant lying to get away with this illegal war.
I believe leaders like George W. Bush and the foreign policies of predecessors are to blame for 9/11, and have turned this so called “war on terrorism” into a conquest for resources to maintain the current unsustainable lifestyle we live. In saying this, it should be recognized that all Westerners have exploited these developing nations and the U.S. is not itself fully liable for these injustices; but is the predominant player in this exploitation.
It would be interesting to have the Bush administration provide the families that have lost loved ones in the “war on terror” an explanation on how one of their killers may have been trained in a US boot camp their taxes supported. Or even more importantly, how much money the state has made in the past year due to weapons proliferation with undeveloped nations, in which they fall in the wrong hands frequently. Even more disgusting, is the fact that in many cases there is a history of arming both sides of the conflict; instead of trying to mediate these wars we are better equipping each side to slaughter each other.
**By the way, if you are one of the individuals that turns to Fox news for “balanced news” keep in mind that academic studies have shown that people who watch FOX news are actually more misinformed on important issues than people who do not watch any news at all! Let alone a less partisan station. Any station that ends a news cast everyday with a countdown stating “___ days until George W Bush is re elected” is not “fair and balanced” and is most definitely not allowing you to decide, as they claim. Who knew it was professional and balanced to have Bill O’reilly yell at guests to “shut up” and cut their mic off when they disagree calmly with the Bush Administration?
- you might be interested in seeing the film “Out Foxed” its pretty interesting
Anyways, This is a great thing to have on your home page, it provides some comedy to the current situation.

If I were George W Bush, I would have this generator on my google home page. I would also have chimpomatic on my google home page. Then when I screwed up something else I would start a (day-off)raffle for the cabinet member who could predict the exact date and time that it would appear on the page. Then I would appoint Monica Lewinski to “head” the Housing and Urban Development Department. Was that a symbol and a snare drum that I just heard. Either someone got my Monica Lewinski joke or George W spoke again. I love this country.

There are few things more hilarious than politcal humor - it’s to be taken with a grain of salt however.
People forget all context when judging this President. Bush inherited a declining economy and was the first President to actually had to fight the war on terror. He also was the first President to be faced with a Katrina-type disaster. Iraq is a mess, but change in the Middle east will be paid for in blood, just like change in this country was. One of the most brutal dictators in history is gone(Saddam killed hundreds of thousands), and our country is in good shape. History will be much more kind to Bush than CNN.

Re Ken Bagwell’s comments. Indeed could not agree more regarding the political humour however when you are the most powerful man in the world the breadth of influence and the overall implications that go with this office are daunting, therefore taking a grain of salt should not be part of any process regarding this position.
However in light of the incumbents obvious abilities Mr Bush would do well to have a good sized salt mine as part of his portfolio rather than oil wells.
I’m not so sure he is the first president to face a disaster the magnitude of Katrina, President William McKinley in 1900 was there when a hurricane killed 8000 in Texas - of all places.
The many so called conquering armies that have attempted to tame Iraq and failed over the last 3 millennia, when the Brits were there the rhetoric to the public was virtually identical to today. They didn’t get anything out of it either - perhaps BP did.
As far as dictators go Kim Jong-il, Robert Mugabe, Stalin , Mao Ze-Dong to name but a few have a much worse reputation, and the latter eliminated some 50,000,000 to have his way. Sadam the worst - nah, just bad and sitting on a heap of oil.
If history is to be kind to President Bush (the second) then perhaps we will be given the grace to forget him all together, here’s hoping! Since President Bush is banking on technology to pull us through, perhaps a real time grammar and speech checker or if all else fails a bunch of erasers for the FBI!

Those of you whose comments criticise this site are missing the point. Bush should never have come to power in the first place. The USA has setup crusades against all that it deems to be undemocratic and yet your political system contains links with captains of Industry with there own greedy, short-sighted agendas pulling the strings and at the head of it all… a man who is inarticulate and scrared of anything outside his own borders.

I am certainly not a fan of George W. Bush. However, if his unintelligable vernacular was the only thing I had against him, he would be a great president and a great man. Unfortunately there are so many other things that one could point out to discredit him that it’s kind of petty and pointless to use this device to attack him. I mean, some people just have problems with words. Let’s focus our attention on the war in Iraq and the 2500+ unjustifed deaths in our armed forces due to a cause that was based on lies. Let’s discuss the un-republican like spending spree that this man has been on. As republicans, let’s please focus on what we have to do to repare the damage that this man has done to our party. Words are just words and some people just have problems conveying them. I don’t hold this against President Bush because I pick my battles; and believe me, there are many of them worthy of picking.

Re: ABG’s comments
“It almost makes me wonder if Greg is an alias. Do you think George has left his mark under a pseudonym? Hmmm…….”
Yes, ABG, I see your point. Perhaps you’re correct with the pseudonym suspicion, as adding ‘E’ and ‘O’ to GREG creates the potential anagram…GEORGE.
On the other hand, if it is really is George, perhaps his fingers just got lost on the keyboard. A worrying thought about one whose hand hovers over global (and beyond) nuclear devastation. *shudder*

Caligula, the mad Roman emperor, and George Dubya have some things in common
1. The both came to power under somewhat dubious circumstances. Caligula stole the previous Emperor’s ring while he was still alive. George came to power by arrangement with the Supreme Court.
2. They both fought mythical and intangible enemies. Caligula fought the Roman god Neptune and claimed a great victory when he brought back lots of sea shells from the beach. George fights “terror” and maintains his country is at war even though there are no real enemies for Americans to fight.
3. They both incarcerate people for no significant crime. Caligula locked up a senator for constant criticism; the senator eventually ate his mattress as he had nothing to eat. On another occasion Caligula banished peopleto tiny islands and let them go mad. George sends people to Guantanamo and lets them rot in cells with not access to any real legal mechanisms.
The madness of President George is as manifest as the madness of Caligula. I just don’t know how Americans could have voted for him.

Bush is an idiot.
He’s also a deserter during a time of war (AWOL in his politically-secured stint in the Air National Guard) and was dishonorably discharged (6-month “early out” from the National Guard because they didn’t want to turn an active alcoholic loose in a multi-million dollar jet).
He has achieved nothing on his own in his entire life. Everything he’s been involved with, from Yale to the White House, has been arranged for him by his doting father.
I’m angry at Bush. but I realize I just use him to focus my anger and the people around him who are similarly using him for their own aims. This country has been sold to Big Oil, Big Pharmaceuticals, Big Weapons Makers, Big Mining and Big Banking.
Our environment and education systems have been set back decades. The poor and middle class pay more in taxes while the ultra-rich get tax breaks. We are in the midst of an unnecessary and expensive “war” to take our focus off the problems and felonies perpetrated by the Bush administration.
We have offended most of the world. I am embarrassed to call myself an American. For all of you in other countries, please know that there are large numbers of Americans who are working daily to unseat this humiliating, destructive, greedy power structure. We understand full well the separation of church (if you can call it that) and state.
Bush? Hell, he’s just a pimple on the ass of the problem.

This country is suffuse with imbeciles who neither care to understand the consequences of their actions, nor to think beyond the immediate. Bush tells idiots what they want to hear, and they vote for him.

By notTHATgeorge

Ayal, in my beloved United States of America, your scrambled
egg could be elected president with sufficient corporate funding
and support from the America Israel Public Affairs Committee,
one of the most powerful lobbying groups in the world. Unfortunately,
that scrambled egg would also invade Iraq and help Israel bomb
Iran (coming soon to a theater near you) if AIPAC deemed it
necessary.
And probably, once again, 70% of the American people would fly
their flags from seemingly every front porch and car antenna in
the land, cheering the scrambled egg on to victory, but never blaming themselves for being so uninformed that a scrambled egg could
become president in the first place; and so incredibly naive that a small foreign ally could virtually control our mid-eastern policy with its political blackmail; and so unwise and apathetic that raw corporate greed could control almost every aspect of their lives.
Only after the scrambled egg became thoroughly rotten would Americans
belatedly get a clue, and jump on the anti-scrambled-egg bandwagon. We
Americans, after all, have more important things to think about than a
corrupt government and political system, or insane wars with their unimaginable destruction, mayhem and death: There’s Anna Nichole,
for example, and ‘American Idol,’ the basketball playoffs, the mall, some
moronic sitcom….let the pros sweat the small stuff.
Gotta run, Ayal, my scrambled eggs are done.

RightWinger, congratulations! Admitting you have the disease of
‘rightwing reality-denying-syndrome’ (RRDS) is the first step in getting
cured. I know, I suffered from it before I grew up, but one or two years
of Ronnie Reagan cured me completely. Once cured, you’ll realize:
the world is round; global warming is real; aborting fetuses with bombs,
along with their mothers, is a crime against humanity; and the ‘absence
of war’ means more innocent people are allowed to live out their lives
like you and me, with fewer being forced to live without arms, legs,
or eyes. ‘Keep the laughs coming’ but shed a fear tears for those
who were sacrificed…..they’re not laughing.
To Yall_are_all_fags: All Americans are republicans with a small ‘r’
because we have a republican form of democracy. Your Republicans
are the ones with three issues: war, abortion, and gays, as your screen
name suggests. (Sadly, the only good thing about most Democrat
politicians is that they’re not Republican.) Bush’s little ‘mistakes’
include killing thousands of Americans and tens of thousand of
Iraqis, bankrupting America, putting your children and grand-
children in dept, making his corporate friends very, very rich at
our expense, and making the Middle East a far more dangerous place
for everyone there, including our friends the citizens of Israel. But
nobody’s perfect, right?
And Ayal, why holler, so far I agree with everything you’ve said,
except for whatever “ hey : ) ” means. I hope it’s not all bad.

You have to wonder how foolish this man actually is. He is the President of the US after all, not a bad job. (COmes with an airplane in any case)
Not only that but he did it twice, not just once.
Poeple say his Father helped him… But BIG Bush only managed to hold the presidency for one term!
What a wierd world this has become…

To the hard core voters of G.W.: Does it ever make you wonder why he is one of the worlds most hated and ridiculed men? And the disliking is not confined to arabs or liberals - it is a cross-national-cultural movement of anti-bushism. Are republicans cleverer than the rest of the world, then? They probably think they are. Just look at their finest champions: Rumsfeldt (liar & warmonger), Limbaugh (liar & maniac) & the great W. himself (stupid unaware liar & reformed-drunk-born-again-cowboy) - great moral leaders, who dennounce the geneva convetion for the right to torment their enemies, whilst keeping their friends in the arms & oil industry happy. Have faith, the axis of stupidity shall not prevail.

Actually the vast majority of gay people cannot stand Bush since he made history by becoming the 1st president to attempt to amend the constitution to include blatant discrimination against gays. I’m not trying to argue with your underlying point, merely saying you may want to use a metaphor that makes more sense when you talk about Bush admirers.

Reagan (Iran-contra) was not a smart guy either, just a better public speaker. In his own narrow way he cared far more about the USA that W.
Quale and now W. How many more Republicans are out there that are not smart enough to do the job. Also the smart one like Cheney is just plain nasty and uncaring. Hillary, Obama, Edwards on and on are far better for our country than any republican who will run for pres. in 2008.

Fun site. That’s why leaders have to have thick skin. So people who couldn’t lead their way out of a paper bag still have the right to make fun of you. Only in America.
Would like to see any of you have a 9/11 happen, and then try and prevent it from happening again during your watch. I pity the poor jerk who wins the next election and has THAT to compete with.
As for the press, it has NEVER been a balanced press. It CAN’T be. You only have to look at our educational institutes and the instructors teaching the journalism courses to see how liberal the press is. A channel like FOX news just brings our overall perspective back more towards center. The truth always lays somewhere in between.
As for the naysayers, please go back to your day jobs and making fries. Leave running the country up to the professionals who at least have the balls to offer themselves for public service.
George Washington, Abe Lincoln, Martin Luther King and many of our greatest leaders were ridiculed as history was unfolding. The American public, having only the attention span and patience of a gnat can’t even comprehend the significance of what is going on historically right now. Bin Laden was right when he said “We just have to wait to win…the Americans would never have the stomache for an extended war.”
How many of you even VOTED in the last election????
Can’t even live up to your most important responsibility in a democracy, yet you criticize…

hey, i have apsolutly NO respect bush. he’s the puppet on Cheney’s knee, and has been the entire time of his presidency. and believe me, the most important thing for a president to be good at is public speaking. and we all know that he really sucks a that. so what else can he do?…hhm……lets sit and think a bit…..y’know, thats a difficult question!
also, he is a biased, rich, white, christian man who has only ever known the upper class life. so how an we expect him to be good at caring for lower class people? i think he’s done many crimes worth impeaching: ie lying and bribing and purposfully making some people richer than others just because they are his friends.
well, i think alot of people feel the same way i do…

The more of the Bush quotes I see the more I can’t believe he was elected, I mean sort of elected. I feel the thing with the few remaining Bush supporters (in some cases with strange adulation) is that they don’t understand how not “a decided” or at least “an understander” of issues he is. He is truly a puppet president with his cronies pulling the stings. He has opinions like a lot of other ignorant people have. Think Archie Bunker.
All I can say is thank goodness the Democrats have control of Congress. Two more years of the “Pretend Cowboy (wanted dead of alive), pretend soldier (mission accomplished) pretend president could have been and still could be even more disastrous to our country and the world. It really depends if Bush and his cronies will bend. They haven’t yet (21,000 more troops for example).

Don’t bother answering those that defend W. It’s like trying to teach a pig to sing: it wastes your time and annoys the pig. Great site; but if he was your idiot neighbor, then he’d be funny. As the POTUS, he’s tragic & scary. As for recent quotes: wasn’t the one he made during his malpractice flog pretty recent? The one where he said malpractice insurance was so high, it made “too many OB-GYNS unable to practice their love with women around the country” - I kid you not, I saw & heard him say it. He can’t say all this stuff sober. Although it is hard not to argue back with his defenders when he’s bankrupted this country, mortgaged it off to the highest bidder (China), corrupted the legislative and judicial process to the extent that it’s just an old boys’ patronage club with Condi as hostess, caused hundreds of thousands of deaths through the combination of his hubris and inferiority complex, and… oh heck, they don’t understand any of that high-falutin’ egg-head stuff anyway. NATALIE MAINES ROCKS!!! :o)
